Join Alexis Readinger, founder of the award-winning hospitality design firm Preen, Inc., as she discusses what goes into designing a restaurant from the lighting fixtures down to the steak knives and even the menu fonts. Preen has designed some of LA’s most interesting restaurants including including: Odys & Penelope, Howlin’ Ray’s and Tesse which was voted LA’s Most Beautiful Restaurant of 2018. Preen’s projects range from remote adventure lodges to healing spaces to integral chef restaurants extending from Los Angeles to Hawaii and even the Marshall Islands.
